Is AI Concierge right for you?
AI Concierge may be a good fit if you:

It is not designed for:
- Unlimited implementation or on-demand technical support
- Full-service software development or large custom systems
- Work involving protected health information or HIPAA compliance
- AI systems that make or materially influence employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other heavily regulated eligibility decisions
- Specialized legal, regulatory-compliance, cybersecurity, or data-governance engineering
Because AI laws and regulations vary globally, AI Concierge is currently available only to clients located in the United States.
When a project needs more implementation
AI Concierge is build-with-you support.
We'll do as much as reasonably fits during our sessions, but the monthly service does not include large off-session development or a guaranteed finished custom system.
If you need one defined workflow turned into a new Custom AI Skill, the $699 Custom AI Skill service may be the better fit.
If you need broader workflow redesign, automation, integrations, a knowledge assistant, or a connected AI system built for you, that belongs under Custom AI & Automation Implementation.

You remain responsible for confirming that your use of AI is appropriate for your business and complies with applicable federal, state, local, and industry-specific requirements. When legal questions arise, you should consult a qualified attorney.
Frequently asked questions
How is AI Concierge different from AI Consulting?
AI Consulting gives you focused expert analysis, recommendations, and guidance for a specific problem or decision. AI Concierge gives you ongoing build-with-you support every month so we can keep putting AI to work in your business over time.
Can you help me install and use the AI Skills Stack?
Yes, if you own the AI Skills Stack. The Stack is sold separately and is not included with AI Concierge, but once you have it, we can choose which Skills make sense, install them, set them up, adapt them, and work on putting them into your real business workflows.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Not normally. Unused sessions expire at the end of the paid monthly billing period and do not roll over. The exception is if QuickGains Ai cancels a session or cannot offer reasonable scheduling availability before the period ends. In that case, the affected session carries into the following month under the conditions described in our Terms.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. AI Concierge is a month-to-month service, and you may cancel at any time.
What happens if I cancel before using all my sessions?
You can cancel future renewal at any time and still use the sessions remaining in your current paid month. If you would rather end early, unused sessions in that month are refunded proportionally: 3 unused sessions → $950, 2 unused sessions → $633.33, 1 unused session → $316.67. A session counts as used only once it has actually been completed.
The AI Skills Stack is sold separately and is not included with AI Concierge, so nothing is deducted from a Concierge refund for it. Any applicable late-cancellation or no-show fee remains separate.
Does the service include unlimited help between sessions?
No. AI Concierge is centered on your three scheduled monthly sessions and does not include unlimited on-demand support. Communication between sessions may be used for scheduling and reasonable session preparation.
Are larger implementation projects included?
No. We can handle practical setup, adaptation, and simpler build-with-you work during our sessions. Larger projects that require substantial off-session development are scoped separately under Custom AI & Automation Implementation.
