QuickGains Ai LLC (“QuickGains,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and the choices you may have.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

- your business or company name;
- your phone number when you choose to provide it on certain contact or service-inquiry forms;
- information you submit through contact forms, service inquiries, assessments, questionnaires, or other forms;
- communications you send to us;
- information, documents, workflow details, project information, and other materials you provide in connection with our services;
- information contained in virtual meeting recordings, transcripts, summaries, and action items;
- marketing preferences and consent records.
Free AI Assessment
The Free AI Assessment requires:
- name;
- email address; and
- assessment responses.
Business/company name is optional. Phone number is not collected through the Free AI Assessment.
Assessment responses may include information about your business, team size, goals, repetitive work, challenges, current processes or tools, AI experience, implementation preferences, readiness, and other business needs. Some questions may allow free-text responses.
We may also generate and store assessment scores, results, recommendations, processing statuses, timestamps, and related technical information.
Please do not submit passwords, login credentials, API keys, financial account information, health information, or confidential information that you are not authorized to share through the Free AI Assessment or ordinary website forms.
Payments
Payment transactions may provide us with information such as your name, email, amount paid, product or service purchased, payment status, invoice or receipt information, and limited payment-related metadata.
QuickGains does not intend to directly collect or store full credit or debit card numbers or card security codes. Payment-card information is handled by our payment processors.
Website and Technical Information
When you use our website or applications, we and our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as:
- browser and device information;
- approximate location;
- website pages and interactions;
- referral or traffic-source information;
- cookies or similar identifiers where permitted;
- consent preferences;
- server and security logs; and
- information used to detect abuse, fraud, or security problems.
We may also use coarse country-level information to determine which privacy or marketing-consent experience should apply. We do not need precise location information for this purpose.

- identify appropriate QuickGains services that may be relevant to a prospect or client;

- enforce or protect our rights.
We may use aggregated or genuinely anonymized information that no longer identifies an individual or client to improve our services, identify recurring business problems, improve workflows and automations, develop educational content, and conduct general business analysis.
3. Free AI Assessment and Marketing Emails
The Free AI Assessment is also a QuickGains lead-generation offer.
United States
For respondents identified as being in the United States, affirmative consent to receive QuickGains marketing emails is required as part of receiving the Free AI Assessment.
The marketing-consent choice will be presented separately and will not be pre-selected.
Outside the United States
For respondents identified as being outside the United States, marketing consent is optional. A person may complete the Free AI Assessment without joining the QuickGains marketing list.
If we cannot reliably determine whether a respondent is in the United States, we treat marketing consent as optional.
Only respondents who have affirmatively provided marketing permission will be enrolled in marketing based on the Free AI Assessment.
Where valid marketing permission exists, we may use assessment information to personalize or segment emails and relevant sales follow-up.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option in our emails or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to provide a requested product, service, assessment result, support response, or other existing business relationship.
Submitting a general contact or service-inquiry form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Those forms may provide a separate optional marketing choice.
4. Artificial Intelligence Processing
QuickGains uses artificial intelligence tools as part of its business.
Personal or business information may be processed by third-party AI services, including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity, when reasonably necessary to:
- personalize the Free AI Assessment;
- research or generate recommendations;
- analyze client workflows or business needs;
- create prompts or AI Skills;
- support consulting or implementation work; and
- provide other services requested from QuickGains.
We aim to limit information sent to AI providers to what is reasonably necessary for the task.
For the Free AI Assessment, the personalization architecture is designed to limit provider-visible information and exclude direct identifiers such as your name, email address, company name, and internal system identifiers from the AI personalization context.
5. Meeting Recordings and Transcripts
Virtual client sessions are recorded and transcribed as described in our Terms & Conditions.
We may use recordings, transcripts, summaries, and related meeting information to:
- document discussions and decisions;
- create summaries and action items;
- maintain client and project records;
- prepare follow-ups and deliverables;
- maintain continuity between sessions;
- support AI-assisted workflows related to the engagement; and
- resolve questions or disputes about what occurred during a session.
Meeting recordings and transcripts are not intended for public marketing use without additional permission.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- providing products and services;
- maintaining assessment results and client records;
- responding to support requests;
- maintaining business and accounting records;
- resolving disputes;
- complying with legal obligations; and
- conducting legitimate business operations.
Certain detailed technical diagnostics associated with the Free AI Assessment are intended to be retained for no longer than approximately 90 days where that retention rule applies.
Other information, including leads, assessment submissions, saved results, client records, and business records, may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.
We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable legal, accounting, contractual, and recordkeeping requirements.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no website, communication method, storage system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. International Processing
QuickGains Ai LLC is based in the United States.
Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers of personal information, we or our service providers will use appropriate lawful transfer mechanisms.
