Helping you use AI to grow your business and get more of your time back
I help solopreneurs and small to mid-size businesses use AI and automation in practical ways to save time, improve how work gets done, and grow faster.

Hi, I’m Rafal Glaz
I have more than 30 years of experience in business, both as an employee and as an entrepreneur. Over the years, I built and ran four businesses across wholesale, retail, B2B, and B2C. I’ve worked in sales, marketing, customer service, administration, and strategy, and managed employees.
I also spent part of my career coaching people on mindset and habit development, which gave me firsthand experience with the online coaching and service-based business world.
Because I’ve done many of these jobs myself and managed other people doing them, I understand how many parts work in a business, where time gets lost, and how better systems can help both owners and employees work more effectively.
Why I Focused on AI
When I started exploring AI, I quickly realized it could do much more than help write emails or create content. It could improve how work gets done across many parts of a business.
I saw the potential to save hours, reduce repetitive work, help employees become more productive, and make it easier for businesses to grow without adding unnecessary complexity.
That led me to spend a lot of time learning how AI works, testing different tools, and building practical workflows. I wanted to understand what genuinely creates value, what is mostly hype, and how businesses can use AI without losing the human judgment and personal attention that still matter.
My Approach
I don’t believe every business task needs AI, and I don’t recommend technology just because it’s new. I start by looking at how the business works, where time is being lost, what slows people down, and what could be improved.
I use AI and automation where they create real value, save time, and help a business grow and scale faster. For predictable, rules-based work, a straightforward automation is often more reliable, easier to control, and more cost-efficient. For tasks that need human judgment, creativity, empathy, or personal attention, people should stay involved.
The goal is not to automate everything. It is to choose the right mix of AI, automation, and human involvement for each task, and to use it carefully.
Why This Matters
Running a business takes a lot of time and energy. Owners and employees should not have to spend so much of their day on repetitive tasks, slow processes, or work that could be done more efficiently.
Used well, AI can help businesses accomplish in hours what once took days, serve customers better, and grow faster. Businesses that learn how to use it effectively will be in a stronger position to compete, while those that ignore it risk falling behind.
For me, this is about more than making a business more efficient. It is also about helping people get more time back for their families, travel, and the parts of life that matter outside of work.
